I use a Mac on a day-to-day basis and often run in to cool new ways of speeding up my workflow or gaining better ways to access information. The number of Windows users at work largely outweighs the number Mac users, but there seems to be a trend towards switching to Mac.

I don’t know of any forums/news feeds for web programmers and web developers on Mac, and frankly following an active forum often consumes a lot of time.
